We cannot protect your data perfectly. Please be aware that your presentation may be watched by anybody.

Oral presentation: face-to-face (Lecture Hall)

Use English. No Japanese. Please check the abstract booklet for detailed guidelines for presentation.

Survey for Next Year (by Oct 3rd, 2025)

The registration fee 1,000 yen for students, 2,000 yen for faculty and staff will be collected between September 8 and September 17.
Please submit “the total amount of the registration fees with the name list for all participants from your Laboratory as a group” to the WISE office. Please do not submit it individually.

For participants from outside the university, the fee will be collected at the reception on the day of the event.
